Requirements

  • High School diploma/equivalent plus 1 year directly applicable experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic math skills.
  • Appropriate licensing as required.

Nice To Haves

  • Associate's degree, professional certification, or equivalent training and experience preferred.
  • Previous experience managing client relationships.
  • Experience in client service or administrative support is a plus.
  • A knack for building strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Attention to detail when creating documents and managing workflows.
  • The ability to meet deadlines and follow established processes.

Responsibilities
