Requirements

• School diploma/equivalent plus 1 year directly applicable experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic math skills.
• Appropriate licensing as required.

Nice To Haves

• Associate's degree, professional certification, or equivalent training and experience preferred.
• Previous experience managing client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Support internal and external clients by managing workflows and providing routine client assistance.
• Help retain clients and enhance their satisfaction by delivering high-quality service.
• Create and manage documents, certificates, and reports using Gallagher’s systems and tools.
• Collaborate with production team members to meet business goals and improve processes.
• Ensure compliance with data, document, and timeline standards.
