Requirements

  • High School diploma/equivalent plus 1 year directly applicable experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic math skills.
  • Appropriate licensing as required.
  • A detail-oriented mindset to ensure accuracy in documents and processes.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • A collaborative approach to working with teams and supporting shared goals.
  • Clear communication skills to create professional documents and reports.
  • A commitment to learning and improving processes.
  • Exceptional organizational skills
  • Proficient in using technology as a tool to maximize productivity and quality.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Associate's degree, professional certification, or equivalent training and experience preferred.
  • Previous experience managing client relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Support the branch’s workflow processes to keep operations running smoothly.
  • Assist with creating documents, certificates, and reports using our systems and tools.
  • Help the production team and client service function meet their goals.
  • Contribute to client satisfaction and retention by delivering high-quality service.
  • Follow timelines, data requirements, and process standards to ensure efficiency.
