The team consists of experienced professionals from leading tech and finance companies. The role of Senior Client Associate is crucial for supporting multiple advisors and ensuring exceptional day-to-day client support. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, a strong problem-solver, and an excellent communicator, contributing to long-term client relationships. This position will play a key role in developing standard operating procedures, establishing high standards for client and advisor support, and helping to build out the client servicing function as an early member of the team. Collaboration with Product and Operations teams to influence the future roadmap of Savvy's product and advisory services is also a key aspect of this role.
