Through hands-on advisory services, ITAC supports companies in improving operations, adopting new technologies, accessing funding, and building more resilient businesses. As the New York City affiliate of the nationwide Manufacturing Extension Partnership, ITAC works closely with manufacturers across diverse industries to deliver practical, results-driven solutions tailored to the realities of operating in New York City. ITAC is seeking a Senior Client Advisor with real-world manufacturing experience to serve as a trusted partner to small and mid-sized New York City manufacturers. This is a field-facing, high-touch role: you will regularly visit client sites, diagnose operational and strategic challenges, and connect manufacturers to ITAC-supported services and a vetted network of third-party specialists. You will act as a Swiss Army knife for manufacturers, combining credibility, problem-solving, and strategic insight. Rather than delivering solutions yourself, you bring the right experts to the table, help clients prioritize initiatives, and ensure meaningful business outcomes. The ideal candidate speaks the language of manufacturing, understands shop-floor realities, and can translate complex operational issues into clear, actionable plans.
