About The Position

Richemont, a global leader in luxury goods, is seeking a Senior Client Advisor. This role focuses on delivering a personalized, premium client experience by building strong, long-term relationships and turning clients into brand ambassadors. The advisor will leverage expertise, curiosity, and humility to understand and fulfill client desires, ensuring they feel valued and inspired.

Requirements

  • College degree preferred.
  • 2 to 5 years of previous experience in luxury retail, service, or hospitality environment.
  • General knowledge and/or interest of timepiece movements.
  • Strong understanding of Customer Service needs and customer priorities.
  • Excellent computer skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and with precision.
  • Self-starter with a team-player approach.
  • Must be available to work retail hours including nights and weekends.

Nice To Haves

  • SAP exposure is a plus.
  • Additional language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Develop Client Relationship: Deliver an exceptional and unique in-store journey by creating a friendly environment, maintaining outstanding standards, and showcasing strong product knowledge through all customer interactions.
  • Partner with management to develop and participate in in-store and offsite events and networking.
  • Consistently and accurately capture client data for follow-up and relationship building, utilizing available tools and exploring follow-up opportunities.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets while adhering to retail guidelines.
  • Master the sales ceremony by asking pertinent questions, actively listening to client needs, and effectively closing sales while ensuring repeat business.
  • Handle negotiations and objections with confidence.
  • Assist after-sales clients in alignment with Maison values, acting as a referent and offering recommendations for an exceptional client experience.
  • Stay informed about industry news and competitors.
  • Act as a Maison ambassador, communicating with passion about the brand's values, codes, and history, and telling compelling stories.
  • Provide detailed descriptions of Maison pieces and collections, including construction, materials, care, and design, to highlight the brand's uniqueness.
  • Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of Maison collections to promote the distinctiveness of products and adapt the sales approach to individual customers.
  • Deliver daily boutique operations, understanding and complying with all security and operational policies and procedures.
  • Assist with daily boutique setup and breakdown, and report any maintenance issues.
  • Support merchandising and daily maintenance of displays and back-stock.
  • Actively participate in daily and annual inventories and cycle counts to ensure successful audits.
  • Assist with special projects as needed, such as price changes or supporting back-office responsibilities.
