Senior Claim Adjuster - Workers' Comp
About The Position
FCCI Insurance Group is seeking an experienced Senior Work Comp Claim Adjuster to provide quality, cost-efficient, and timely investigation of liability claims and exceptional customer service. The selected candidate will handle claims primarily for Florida, Pennsylvania, and other mid-Atlantic jurisdictions. This role involves managing a claims inventory within departmental guidelines, adhering to best practices and procedures, and budgetary guidelines. Responsibilities include evaluating coverage/compensability and potentially completing field investigations, with a focus on quality claim handling leading to file resolution. The position emphasizes a 'One Team' approach, partnering with Underwriting and Risk Control to meet the needs of agency partners and policyholders. This position can be located at FCCI offices in Sarasota or Lake Mary, FL, Richmond, VA, or remotely within FCCI territory in Florida and the Mid-Atlantic Region.
Requirements
- Experienced Senior Work Comp Claim Adjuster
- Ability to handle claims primarily for Florida, Pennsylvania, and other mid-Atlantic jurisdictions.
- Ability to manage an inventory of claims within departmental guidelines.
- Ability to follow best practices and procedures and budgetary guidelines.
- Ability to evaluate coverage/compensability.
- Ability to complete field investigations.

- Complete field investigations with a focus on quality claim handling leading to file resolution.
- Partner with UW and Risk Control to meet the needs of valued agency partners and policyholders.
