About The Position

As a Senior Civil Engineer at Wiley|Wilson, a 100% employee-owned firm, you will lead the design of complex land development and infrastructure projects for federal government clients. Responsibilities include site development, stormwater management, environmental permitting, utility infrastructure, and pump station design. You will provide team leadership, collaborate across disciplines, serve as the primary client contact, ensure client satisfaction, and mentor junior engineers and designers. This role is ideal for a creative and logical thinker who excels at tackling complex design challenges.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in civil engineering from an ABET-accredited institution.
Registered Professional Engineer in Virginia or able to obtain reciprocity within 3 months of the start date.
Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D.
Familiarity with federal, state, and local government regulations related to civil design.
Eligible to work in the United States and obtain a security clearance.

Nice To Haves

Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Knowledge of regional stormwater regulations.
Experience with MicroStation and InRoads software.
