Senior Civil Engineer

SEHAustin, TX
$130,000 - $165,000Hybrid

About The Position

SEH is seeking a Texas-licensed civil engineering leader to help shape and grow our newly established Austin office. This is more than a traditional project management position. It is an opportunity to build a local civil practice, develop lasting relationships with municipalities and select private clients, lead project delivery, and help recruit the team that will support SEH’s long-term growth in Central Texas. The right candidate will be a respected, client-focused professional who understands how infrastructure projects are planned, funded, designed, and delivered in Texas. You will have the freedom to help define where we compete, which relationships we pursue, and how the Austin civil team develops, while drawing upon the technical depth and resources of a national, 100% employee-owned architecture and engineering firm. This is not a cold start. SEH already has employees and client relationships in Texas, experience serving federal and private development markets, and teams across the company prepared to support Austin-area pursuits and project delivery. You will work directly with senior leadership and have the opportunity to add local design and project management staff as the practice grows.
