Senior Civil Engineer - Associate
About The Position
Morris & Ritchie Associates, Inc. (MRA) is seeking an experienced Senior Civil Engineer - Associate to join our growing Land Development team in Orlando, Florida. This is an outstanding opportunity for a licensed engineer who is looking to take the next step in their career with a well-established consulting firm. In this role, you will lead the design and management of land development and water resources projects from initial planning through permitting and construction document preparation. You'll work directly with clients, mentor staff, help drive business growth, and play a key role in shaping the future of the practice.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
- 7+ years of experience in civil engineering
- Private land development experience, including site design, roadway design, permitting, erosion and sediment control (ESC), and stormwater management (SWM)
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required
- Proficiency with AutoCAD and Civil 3D
- Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident
Nice To Haves
- Proven project management experience
- Client relationship management and meeting with clients are a plus
- Business development experience with the ability to identify and pursue new opportunities is a plus
