This role is for a Senior Chemical Machine Operator, initially temporary with the potential to become full-time. The operator will be responsible for setting up, operating, and performing routine maintenance on production equipment. Key duties include troubleshooting process and quality issues independently, conducting regular quality checks, and ensuring compliance with company safety standards. The position requires collaboration with engineering, QA, and production teams to enhance efficiency and resolve operational challenges. The operator will also be expected to follow and improve standard operating procedures (SOPs), support continuous improvement initiatives, and identify and implement process optimizations. A significant aspect of the role involves mentoring and training junior operators, providing technical guidance and knowledge-sharing without direct supervisory responsibilities. Accurate documentation of production, quality, and maintenance activities is also required.
