Clio is seeking a high-caliber Senior Channel Sales Operations Specialist to lead transformative initiatives that will drive operational excellence across its partner ecosystem. This role is designed for seasoned professionals with a passion for strategic impact and a proven track record of building and scaling channel and partner operations in a high-growth SaaS environment. The role is within the Sales Operations team in the Revenue Operations department, reporting to the Manager, Sales Operations. The team is responsible for enabling channel operational efficiencies and data-driven decision making across reseller, referral, and technology partner segments. This position requires cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Channel, Customer Success, Marketing, Finance, and Legal. The ideal candidate understands indirect revenue mechanics and can build the operational infrastructure to support and scale partner-led growth, with deep familiarity with channel program economics and the ability to translate this into scalable processes and tooling.
