About The Position

Horizon3 is a fast-growing, remote cybersecurity company dedicated to the mission of enabling organizations to proactively find and fix and verify exploitable attack vectors before criminals exploit them. Our flagship product, the NodeZeroTM platform, delivers production-safe autonomous pentests and other key assessment operations that scale across the largest internal, external, cloud, and hybrid cloud environments. NodeZero has been adopted by organizations of all sizes, from small educational institutions to government agencies and Global 100 enterprises. It is used by ITOps/SecOps teams, consulting pentesters, and MSSPs and MSPs. We are a fusion of former U.S. Special Operations cyber operators, startup engineers, and formerly frustrated cybersecurity practitioners. We're committed to helping solve our common security problems: ineffective security tools, false positives resulting in alert fatigue, blind spots, "checkbox” security culture, cybersecurity skills shortage, and the long lead time and expense of hiring outside consultants. Collectively, we are a team of learn it alls, committed to a culture of respect, collaboration, ownership, and results.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of B2B channel or field marketing experience, with ownership of partner co-marketing programs and measurable pipeline contribution.
  • Proven track record building and executing co-marketing programs with VARs, resellers, alliance partners, or distributors, with the pipeline data to back it up.
  • Experience owning MDF budgets, including allocation decisions, partner alignment, and ROI reporting.
  • Strong understanding of the B2B technology channel ecosystem: how partners sell, what motivates them, and how to design programs that drive joint pipeline rather than just partner satisfaction.
  • Financial fluency: comfortable building CPO and ROI cases and recommending investment trade-offs to leadership.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce for pipeline tracking, partner attribution, and co-marketing performance reporting.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills across Partner Business Managers, channel sales, direct field marketing, demand gen, digital, ABM, and product marketing.
  • Highly organized, able to manage multiple partner relationships, programs, and timelines at once without losing accountability or momentum.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in cybersecurity, DevSecOps, or adjacent B2B security markets.
  • Familiarity with Federal or Public Sector channel marketing, including distribution ecosystems like Carahsoft and compliance frameworks such as FedRAMP and CMMC.
  • Familiarity with intent data and ABM tools such as ZoomInfo or Reachdesk in support of partner-led account coverage.
  • Familiarity with Pardot, Marketo, or HubSpot for co-marketing campaign setup and attribution.

Responsibilities

  • Own the South Central channel field marketing strategy, covering the region's partners and partner events, and a co-marketing portfolio built to generate net-new partner-sourced pipeline and accelerate partner-influenced deals already in motion.
  • Decide where co-marketing investment goes. Prioritize partners and programs by pipeline opportunity, not by who asks for budget.
  • Own the channel marketing calendar, aligned to partner priorities, regional sales plays, and company campaign themes, so partner programs ladder up to integrated demand gen motions.
  • Define and enforce pipeline ROI standards as the gate for all channel field investment. Every program needs a pipeline hypothesis going in and a pipeline outcome coming out.
  • Design and execute joint field programs with VARs, resellers, alliance partners, and distributors: co-hosted events, partner-led roundtables, joint conference activations, roadshows, and CISO-focused experiences.
  • Own MDF end to end: allocation strategy, partner alignment, execution oversight, budget tracking, and attribution reporting. MDF is an investment with an expected return, not a partner benefit to be dispersed.
  • Build repeatable co-marketing playbooks that scale across partners without rebuilding each program from scratch.
  • Coordinate SDR, Partner Business Manager, and partner seller follow-up for every program, with defined SLAs.
  • Serve as the senior marketing counterpart to the region's Partner Business Managers and partner marketing contacts, and run joint planning and business reviews with priority partners.
  • Work with regional field marketers so partner programs and direct programs cover the same accounts without colliding.
  • Partner with partner marketing and product marketing on joint messaging and proof points.
  • Own partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline reporting: meetings booked, pipeline created, stage progression, and ROI by partner and by program.
  • Partner with marketing operations to keep partner attribution clean in Salesforce.
  • Report to field marketing and channel leadership on a regular cadence, with clear recommendations on which partners and programs to scale and which to cut.
  • Mentor Channel Field Marketing Managers and Specialists. This role has no direct reports.
