About The Position
The Senior Channel Delivery Manager is a critical role responsible for developing and managing strategic roadmaps to support business objectives. This position is responsible for all aspects of the assigned channel including but not limited to expense management, channel optimization, production and evaluation of trends and recommendations to leadership to enhance channel value.
Requirements
- Completion of a Bachelor’s degree in a business or IT related field and 5+ years’ experience in management; or 10+ years of equivalent work experience.
Responsibilities
- Manage the respective channel roadmap and partner with stakeholders to align resources to drive business value, and communicate progress and changes regularly to leadership.
- Lead discussions among stakeholders to help prioritize the need for business strategies and enhancements.
- Lead large, diverse teams to complete projects.
- Proactively remove roadblocks and make decisions to keep everything on budget and within scope.
- Serve as the subject matter expert and key decision maker with limited oversight from the line of business leadership.
- Communicate changes in prioritization to relevant stakeholders and ensure clarity of IT work is defined and logged.
- Continuously learn and improve channel experience by studying our industry, competitors, and new technology.
