The Tanzania Country Office is transitioning from direct implementation to a partner-led operating model, repositioning SCI as a technical, convening, and systems-strengthening organisation supporting sustainable, locally led impact for children. The Senior Change Manager will lead and coordinate the end-to-end transformation of the Country Office to a partner-led model, ensuring that this complex, high-risk, and high-visibility transition is delivered effectively, on time, and with strong stakeholder ownership.
