About The Position

Getty is seeking an experienced senior change management professional to join its growing change management practice in Getty Digital. This role will serve as a senior member of the Change Management team, providing change management expertise to ongoing major projects and initiatives within Getty’s Digital Roadmap. The individual will utilize their expertise in change management methodologies, stakeholder engagement, training methods, and communication strategies to drive successful adoption. Additionally, they will consult with and educate staff across the organization on change management best practices and work to build staff capacity to perform change management. This is a three-year limited-term position. The initial portfolio will focus on two major initiatives: the Unified Visitor Experience project (including a Digital Signage Initiative and technology projects for parking experience improvement) and the Content and Collaboration in the Cloud (CCC) initiative, which aims to modernize digital content production, management, and collaboration by consolidating tools and optimizing Microsoft 365 platforms.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5+ years experience in digital change management or related field
  • A solid understanding of how people go through change and the change process
  • Experience with and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Responsibilities

  • Leverage change management methodology, processes, and tools to create strategies that support adoption of the changes required by a project or initiative
  • Enable the design, development, delivery, and management of key communications
  • Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders
  • Provide input, document requirements, and support the design and delivery of appropriate training programs
  • Complete change management assessments
  • Identify, analyze, and prepare risk mitigation tactics
  • Consult with and coach project teams
  • Create actionable deliverables for core change management plans, including the Sponsor Plan, Engagement Plan, Communications Plan, and Training Plan
  • Support and engage senior leaders
  • Coordinate efforts with other specialists
  • Integrate change management activities into project plans
  • Evaluate and help ensure user readiness
  • Manage stakeholders
  • Track and report issues
  • Define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress
  • Serve as a resource for junior team members
  • Manage stakeholder alignment in collaboration with the project manager and sponsor
  • Actively participate in change management forums and stay informed on best practices, emerging trends, and methodologies to drive successful organizational change
