About The Position

The Senior Center Manager role oversees daily clinic operations, staff leadership, patient experience, and operational performance to ensure high-quality, efficient care delivery. Reporting to the Area Manager, you will lead center teams, monitor performance metrics, and help drive operational excellence across your assigned locations.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of leadership experience in a fast-paced healthcare or medical office environment
  • Strong operational, organizational, and team leadership skills
  • Experience managing clinic operations, staff performance, and patient experience initiatives
  • Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities in a dynamic healthcare environment

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience)

Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of assigned outpatient center
  • Monitor patient flow, clinic performance, and patient experience
  • Lead staff meetings, performance reviews, and team development
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational policies
  • Manage scheduling, staffing patterns, and operational resources
  • Analyze clinic metrics and implement improvements to workflow and performance
  • Support referral development and community engagement initiatives
