About The Position

The Senior Catering Sales Manager plays a critical role in driving catering revenue and ensuring the seamless execution of events that exceed guest expectations. Working closely with the Director of Catering & Events and operational teams, this role is responsible for managing event inquiries, securing new business, coordinating logistics, and delivering exceptional event experiences. You will be part of a collaborative, fast-paced environment within the Hilton family, where your work directly contributes to guest satisfaction and revenue success.

Requirements

  • High school diploma required
  • 2+ years experience in catering or hotel events preferred
  • Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Nice To Haves

  • Delphi experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Respond to catering inquiries and convert leads into confirmed bookings.
  • Build strong client relationships to drive repeat business.
  • Prepare contracts, proposals, and Banquet Event Orders (BEOs).
  • Coordinate event logistics with Banquets, Culinary, AV, and vendors.
  • Maintain accurate records within Delphi or similar systems.
  • Identify revenue opportunities and upsell services.
  • Ensure seamless execution and high guest satisfaction.
