The Senior Case Coordinator is responsible for managing the insurance case lifecycle, from application intake through underwriting, policy delivery, and ongoing client servicing. They work closely with Estate & Insurance Advisors (EIAs), to ensure efficient, accurate, and timely case management. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering a high standard of client service while supporting complex insurance cases and maintaining strong relationships across internal and external partners. In addition, they help with ongoing client needs, policy maintenance, and renewal management, contributing to a smooth and positive experience. This role is required to engage, orally and in writing in interactions with clients, partners, employees, branches and executives located outside Quebec. These interactions may be complex and regular, most often on a daily basis, therefore due to the extent of the interactions in English, this role requires oral and written proficiency in English and French when based in Quebec.
