About The Position

Right at Home is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Caregiver to join their team. They serve clients throughout the Rogue Valley and are committed to making a positive difference by providing in-home care that enables seniors and vulnerable adults to live safely and independently in their homes. As a Caregiver, you will provide compassionate, in-home support, build meaningful relationships, assist with daily living activities, and ensure client safety and well-being.

Requirements

• Successfully pass a background check.
• Reliable transportation and valid ID.
• Compassion, reliability, and a positive attitude.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.

Nice To Haves

• Previous caregiving experience, CNA, PCA, HHA, or companion care experience is welcomed but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Providing personal care, including assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Building meaningful relationships through companionship, conversation, and emotional support.
• Assisting with light housekeeping and meal preparation.
• Providing medication reminders.
• Assisting with mobility and transportation.
• Safety supervision and peace of mind.
• Following individual care plans and accurately documenting daily care notes using our mobile app.
• Communicating effectively with our office team.
