About The Position
A family in Rogers, AR 72756 is seeking a compassionate and experienced Part-Time Senior Caregiver to provide care for their aging loved one, who has dementia. The schedule is Monday-Friday, with 3-hour shifts preferred in the mid-morning, and is somewhat flexible. The home is a smoke-free environment.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience working with memory care clients
Nice To Haves
- CPR and First Aid certification
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Responsibilities
- Ensuring medicine is taken
- Companionship and socialization
- Transportation to activities or appointments (all within 15 miles of clients home)
- Light meal prep
- Light housekeeping and laundry
- Maintain a safe, nurturing, and smoke-free environment
