About The Position

OCES is growing and expanding to 11 more towns covering the south shore area. OCES supports older adults and individuals with disabilities by providing vital information and coordination of services. By promoting healthy, safe living for our consumers, we hope to allow them to stay active and engaged in their lives and in their own communities for as long as possible. The mission of OCES is: Through the talents of an experienced and diverse workforce, OCES supports the independence and dignity of older adults and individuals with disabilities by providing essential information and services that promote healthy, safe living which positively impacts our community. This role will plan, organize, manage, and evaluate the SCO and OCP programs in accordance with contractual agreements.

Requirements

Ability to plan and organize work independently
Ability to develop and promote collaboration
Master's degree in social work or related field
Five years' experience in a human services environment including at least two years in a supervisory capacity
Excellent written and verbal skills
Excellent computer skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software

Current Social Work preferred (Advanced License preferred)

Responsibilities

Assign, review, evaluate and approve the work of assigned staff
Monitor the provision and effectiveness of community services
Ensure program integrity and compliance with staff development
Participate in program analysis and evaluation including determination of service needs/gaps and the quality and effectiveness of delivered services
Consult with other management staff on a regular basis
Participate in interviewing, selection, and training of program staff
Develop and implement outreach programs to publicize programs and services as requested
Provide clear, concise oral and written reports as required or requested
Additional duties as requested
