About The Position

OCES is growing and expanding its services to 11 more towns on the south shore area, including Quincy, Braintree, and Weymouth. OCES supports older adults and individuals with disabilities by providing vital information and coordination of services. Their mission is to promote healthy, safe living, allowing consumers to stay active and engaged in their lives and communities. The Senior Care Options (SCO) Program Manager will be responsible for planning, organizing, managing, and evaluating the SCO and OCP programs in accordance with contractual agreements.

Requirements

• Master's degree in social work or related field
• Five years' experience in a human services environment including at least two years in a supervisory capacity
• Excellent written and verbal skills
• Excellent computer skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software

Responsibilities

• Assign, review, evaluate and approve the work of assigned staff
• Monitor the provision and effectiveness of community services
• Ensure program integrity and compliance with staff development
• Participate in program analysis and evaluation including determination of service needs/gaps and the quality and effectiveness of delivered services
• Consult with other management staff on a regular basis
• Participate in interviewing, selection, and training of program staff
• Develop and implement outreach programs to publicize programs and services as requested
• Provide clear, concise oral and written reports as required or requested
• Additional duties as requested
