About The Position
Village Caregiving is hiring dependable, caring people to help seniors live comfortably in their own homes. Whether you’re a CNA, an experienced caregiver, or new to caregiving, we’d love to hear from you. Certification is welcome but not required for all assignments, and paid training is available. We’re hiring for current openings and building our team as client needs grow. Tell us your availability so we can explore opportunities that fit your schedule.
Requirements
- A compassionate attitude and a commitment to helping others
- Dependability, clear communication, and the ability to work independently
- Caregiving experience or a willingness to learn
Nice To Haves
- CNA or other relevant credentials are welcome; certain client assignments require CNA certification
Responsibilities
- Assist with daily activities and personal care according to each client’s care plan
- Provide companionship, encouragement, and emotional support
- Help with light housekeeping and meal preparation
- Communicate changes in client needs to the office
- Provide dependable, respectful care that makes a difference
