About The Position

Find out more about joining our Outstanding-rated team! This role requires you to live in or around Ipswich, Kesgrave, Woodbridge, and Felixstowe. We offer premium pay of £16.00 per hour on weekdays and £17.00 per hour for evenings and weekends, plus mileage paid between visits. Right at Home Ipswich Woodbridge & Felixstowe is different because our care visits are a minimum of one hour, ensuring you have time to get to know clients and make the role rewarding. We support mainly older adults in our local community to live independently in their own homes.

Requirements

Must live in or around Ipswich, Kesgrave, Woodbridge, and Felixstowe
Have a caring nature and want to help others
Hold a full UK or EU/EEA driving licence
Have your own vehicle
Be reliable and can work an agreed pattern

Nice To Haves

Personal experience of caring for a loved one
Transferable skills from Retail, Hospitality, Hairdressing, or Cleaning sectors
Experience as an HCA or Carer

Responsibilities

Companionship
Assisting with light housekeeping to keep the environment tidy, safe, and comfortable
Helping with routines and personal care
Preparing meals or shopping
Accompanying clients to appointments or outings
