This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, compassionate, and passionate about helping seniors live with dignity.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in senior care professionally
  • 1+ year of scheduling experience in home care or healthcare
  • High school diploma level education or higher required.
  • Previous supervisory or team leadership experience required
  • Knowledge of HIPAA and confidentiality requirements
  • Ability to handle frequent schedule changes, call‑outs, and urgent coverage needs
  • Ability to prioritize client needs while balancing caregiver availability
  • Strong computer and mobile tech skills (Microsoft Office, iPhone/iPad, etc.)
  • Team‑oriented yet able to work independently
  • A solution‑focused approach
  • Strong organizational and time‑management skills
  • Dependable, punctual, and able to maintain professional boundaries
  • Excellent multitasking and problem‑solving abilities
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Valid driver’s license, own reliable transportation, clean driving record, and current insurance required.

Nice To Haves

  • CNA certification is a plus
  • Familiarity with state home care regulations is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Manage and confirm all client care schedules
  • Match caregivers to clients based on qualifications and availability
  • Build strong relationships with clients, families, and caregivers
  • Maintain accurate records and notes in scheduling software
  • Respond to urgent scheduling needs
  • Fill in for caregiver shifts as needed
  • Conduct visits to client homes as needed
  • Provide support and guidance to caregiving staff
  • Handle scheduling conflicts and concerns promptly
  • Assist with new client referrals and service onboarding
  • Collaborate with Senior Care Advisors
  • Perform other administrative and care coordination tasks as needed
