About The Position

Assisting Hands Home Care – Lee & Charlotte County provides high-quality in-home care that helps seniors remain safely and comfortably in their own homes for as long as possible. Services range from a few hours of companionship each week to comprehensive, around-the-clock support. Care is tailored to individual needs, ensuring dignity, independence, and personalized attention for each client. The organization focuses on reliability, compassion, and professional service to support both seniors and their families. This full-time, on-site Home Care Business Development Representative (Sales) role is based in Fort Myers, FL. The individual in this role is responsible for identifying and developing new referral sources, nurturing relationships with healthcare providers, senior communities, and local organizations, and promoting Assisting Hands Home Care services. Daily activities include prospecting and lead generation, conducting sales calls and in-person visits, presenting service offerings, and following up consistently to convert leads into clients. The role also involves maintaining accurate records in a CRM or tracking system, collaborating with office staff to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients, and participating in community events and networking activities to increase brand visibility.

Requirements

Demonstrated skills in Inside Sales and Lead Generation, including prospecting, follow-up, and pipeline management
Strong Sales and Business Development abilities to build relationships, negotiate, and close new business opportunities
Experience in consultative selling
Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, for engaging with clients, families, and professional referral sources
Proven ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize multiple opportunities
Comfort with using CRM tools, basic office software, and reporting on sales activities and results
Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and willingness to travel locally for meetings and events
High school diploma required
Experience in Home Care
Applicants must have an active Level 2 screening in the Florida Clearinghouse

Nice To Haves

Experience in senior care, home care, healthcare, or related service industries is highly beneficial
Additional education in business, marketing, or healthcare-related fields is a plus
