About The Position

As a Senior Capital Markets Analyst, you will support the management and administration of YES Communities’ debt portfolio while ensuring compliance with lending agreements, reporting requirements, and internal policies. Working closely with Treasury, FP&A, Accounting, lenders, and external stakeholders, you will play a key role in debt portfolio management, financial reporting, capital markets activities, and treasury operations. The ideal candidate brings strong financial analysis skills, a deep understanding of debt instruments and capital markets, and the ability to communicate complex financial information clearly and effectively.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field required
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in corporate finance with a capital markets focus, credit analysis, accounting, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of debt instruments, financial reporting, and compliance reporting
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including financial modeling and data analysis
  • Working knowledge of capital market debt instruments, treasury concepts, and financial statement analysis
  • Experience with database management and treasury or debt management systems
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to effectively communicate complex financial information to both financial and non-financial stakeholders
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Support the administration and monitoring of the company’s debt portfolio, ensuring compliance with loan agreements, regulatory requirements, and internal policies
  • Coordinate debt issuances, refinancings, amendments, and restructuring activities as needed
  • Maintain reporting and tracking for revolving credit facilities, term loans, bridge loans, interest rate swaps, rate caps, and other debt instruments
  • Partner with FP&A to prepare analyses and reports required by lenders for debt placements, refinancings, and ongoing reporting obligations
  • Assist with the implementation, maintenance, and ongoing administration of the Chatham debt management system
  • Prepare quarterly lender reporting packages, covenant compliance packages and investor-related debt reports
  • Respond to lender inquiries and information requests in a timely manner
  • Manage all lender inspections and collaborate with the field to ensure completion and clearing of any resulting required repairs and release of associated escrows
  • Provide debt-related disclosures and footnote support for quarterly and annual financial statements, including valuations and analyses
  • Serve as the primary liaison with external auditors for debt- and hedge-related audit requests
  • Serve as a backup for treasury cash management activities, including cash positioning, wire review, and wire initiation
  • Support treasury-related reporting, process improvements, and special projects
