Requirements
- You’re 18+, a high school grad, and a natural leader
- You’ve got camp or youth experience and love working with kids
- You’re down to be active, loud, creative, and present—all day, every day
- CPR/First Aid certified (or willing to get certified)
- Able to pass a background check
Responsibilities
- Be the heart of camp—leading games, activities, and special events
- Mentor counselors and support your team
- Oversee camper groups
- Keep things safe, fun, and inclusive for everyone
- Jump into the action—yes, we mean water balloon fights too
