Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of practical experience.
Proven experience in procurement, supplier management, or a similar role.
Strong negotiation and analytical skills.
Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Proficiency in procurement software and tools.
External applicants must be authorized to work in the US without employment VISA or other sponsorship.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong business relationships with dedicated suppliers within designated geographical areas.
Support the development of market analyses to understand industry trends and competitive landscapes.
Implement comprehensive category strategies to optimize purchasing activities and capitalize on market opportunities.
Define and establish profitable purchasing strategies for assigned categories.
Continuously monitor supply market dynamics to manage and refine the supplier portfolio.
Ensure suppliers are compliant with quality standards, cost efficiency metrics, timely delivery schedules, and sustainability measures.
Negotiate prices and contract terms as part of the supplier management assignment (SMA).
Coordinate and guide assigned procurement categories to align purchase price planning with company objectives.
Identify and define cost-saving projects to drive improvements in procurement efficiency.
