About The Position

Responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and managing supplier relationships for technology procurement (hardware, software, and professional services). This role supports business objectives by driving cost savings, ensuring supplier performance, and maintaining compliance with procurement policies.

Requirements

5+ years in procurement or sourcing, ideally with IT or indirect spend categories.
Experience managing sourcing events (RFx) and negotiating IT contracts.
Ability to analyze spend data and evaluate supplier performance.
Familiarity with basic contract terms and supplier governance.
Comfortable using procurement and contract management tools.
General knowledge of budgeting and cost control.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field.
CPSM or CPM are a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

Manage sourcing activities for technology products and services, including RFx creation, supplier evaluation, and contract execution.
Handle contract negotiations, renewals, and amendments to achieve favorable pricing and terms.
Work with IT, finance, and legal teams to ensure procurement supports business goals.
Review spend data and market trends to find cost-saving opportunities.
Oversee contract setup and compliance using procurement tools.
Build and manage relationships with key technology suppliers and monitor their performance.
Present procurement strategies and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
Identify and address supplier and contract risks proactively.
