Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field.
  • 5+ years in procurement or sourcing, ideally with IT or indirect spend categories.
  • Experience managing sourcing events (RFx) and negotiating IT contracts.
  • Ability to analyze spend data and evaluate supplier performance.
  • Familiarity with basic contract terms and supplier governance.
  • Comfortable using procurement and contract management tools.
  • General knowledge of budgeting and cost control.

Nice To Haves

  • CPSM or CPM are a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Manage sourcing activities for technology products and services, including RFx creation, supplier evaluation, and contract execution.
  • Handle contract negotiations, renewals, and amendments to achieve favorable pricing and terms.
  • Work with IT, finance, and legal teams to ensure procurement supports business goals.
  • Review spend data and market trends to find cost-saving opportunities.
  • Oversee contract setup and compliance using procurement tools.
  • Build and manage relationships with key technology suppliers and monitor their performance.
  • Present procurement strategies and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
  • Identify and address supplier and contract risks proactively.
  • Other duties as assigned.
