Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field.
- 5+ years in procurement or sourcing, ideally with IT or indirect spend categories.
- Experience managing sourcing events (RFx) and negotiating IT contracts.
- Ability to analyze spend data and evaluate supplier performance.
- Familiarity with basic contract terms and supplier governance.
- Comfortable using procurement and contract management tools.
- General knowledge of budgeting and cost control.
Nice To Haves
- CPSM or CPM are a plus, but not required.
Responsibilities
- Manage sourcing activities for technology products and services, including RFx creation, supplier evaluation, and contract execution.
- Handle contract negotiations, renewals, and amendments to achieve favorable pricing and terms.
- Work with IT, finance, and legal teams to ensure procurement supports business goals.
- Review spend data and market trends to find cost-saving opportunities.
- Oversee contract setup and compliance using procurement tools.
- Build and manage relationships with key technology suppliers and monitor their performance.
- Present procurement strategies and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
- Identify and address supplier and contract risks proactively.
- Other duties as assigned.
