About The Position

Join Coveo’s Strategy & Business Value team and help shape how we measure, communicate, and scale customer value through AI-powered relevance. You’ll sit at the intersection of analytics, customer engagement, and strategy in order to partner with teams and clients to turn data into decisions and measurable outcomes.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in analytics, data strategy, or digital measurement roles, ideally in a SaaS, eCommerce, Marketing/Growth agency, or customer-centric tech environment.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL and hands-on experience working with cloud data warehouses like Snowflake.
  • Strong experience with event-based analytics and tracking frameworks, including Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager.
  • Experience building dashboards in tools such as Sigma, Metabase, Looker Studio, or similar, with strong data visualization skills to communicate insights effectively.

Nice To Haves

  • Understanding of digital performance analytics, including the e-Commerce conversion funnel analysis and customer behavior measurement.
  • Familiarity with server-side data tracking architectures (e.g. GTM Server-Side,, custom API-based pipelines) and the ability to guide hybrid client/server implementations.
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking and tactical execution, rolling up your sleeves when needed while keeping the big picture in mind.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and workstreams simultaneously, maintaining high standards and responsiveness in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Business Value Advisors to deliver Business Value Realizations (BVRs), combining Snowflake data (SQL) with external analytics (e.g., Google Analytics 4) to build compelling, metrics-driven narratives.
  • Guide customers, internal teams, and partners on data strategy, including event tracking, instrumentation, and governance to ensure accurate value measurement.
  • Build and maintain performance dashboards (primarily in Snowflake and Sigma) to provide real-time visibility into outcomes, adoption, and return on investment.
  • Improve Coveo’s value data ecosystem by identifying gaps, enhancing data models, and increasing signal quality and scalability.
  • Develop reusable frameworks, benchmarks, and methodologies to standardize how value is quantified across industries and use cases.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Professional Services, Customer Success, and partners to align on data-driven decision-making.
