Coveo’s Strategy & Business Value Team is seeking a Senior Advisor to drive customer engagements and support sales and growth initiatives across North America. You’ll collaborate with sales, account management, and technical success teams, leading business value improvement projects with a focus on Commerce customers and opportunities. Your mission? Analyze customer business performance, craft tailored solutions aligned with their digital objectives, and provide high-level strategic guidance. You’ll take the lead on customer engagements, conduct value assessments and build business cases that demonstrate the impact of Coveo’s solutions, all while helping scale our growth trajectory.
