About The Position

We are seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst to join our Business Technology Team. This position offers growth potential, with opportunities for increased platform ownership, expanded systems scope, and broader stakeholder relationships over time. This role is ideal for a technically proficient integrations specialist who excels at maintaining complex system ecosystems, is interested in enterprise-level AI adoption, and desires a role with significant ownership from the outset.

  • 5+ years in business systems, integrations, or IT platform roles with direct, hands-on experience building and supporting enterprise integrations (APIs, EIB-style tooling, Core Connectors, or similar).
  • Experience administering an enterprise SaaS or AI platform (e.g., Claude Enterprise, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, ChatGPT Enterprise), including access management, security configuration, and governance.
  • Strong working knowledge of integration patterns such as APIs, SFTP, middleware, and SSO, and how data moves between enterprise systems.
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot production issues in integration environments.
  • Hands-on experience with automation tools like business process logic, calculated fields, or iPaaS platforms (e.g., MuleSoft, Workato, Boomi).
  • Track record of reducing manual work through automation.
  • Genuine enthusiasm for AI platforms and their business adoption, understanding both technical configuration and change management aspects of rollouts.
  • Experience partnering with business stakeholders to translate requirements into system configurations, demonstrating understanding of both technical and functional aspects of platforms.
  • Strong data fluency, including validating, interpreting, and clearly explaining data, and understanding the impact of system configuration decisions on downstream processes.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and a willingness to help build the team's operational playbook.
  • Clear communication skills, capable of translating technical complexity for business and non-technical audiences without losing substance.
  • Familiarity with data privacy and security frameworks (e.g., HIPAA, HITRUST) as they apply to enterprise data, AI platform usage, and cross-system data flows.
  • An AI-first mindset, proactively using AI tools in daily work and demonstrating curiosity about future AI developments.
