About The Position

Nintendo of America is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst to provide technical support for existing systems and collaborate on strategic roadmaps to align business initiatives and product development. The role involves conducting advanced research and analysis of client business processes to make recommendations and influence project direction. The analyst will assess the feasibility and cost-effectiveness of proposed solutions, advise clients and key stakeholders, and partner with constituents to define ongoing technology needs, ensuring they are documented, costed, and prioritized appropriately. This includes establishing solutions and delivery schedules. The position requires working collaboratively with software engineers to define and translate requirements into developed solutions, driving technical and application support with third-party vendors, and managing software development lifecycle (SDLC) activities. These activities include requirements gathering, design, configurations, planning, creating and executing test cases, and analyzing results. Additionally, the role involves training employees in areas of expertise related to applications, databases, security, operating systems, or other technical aspects, determining methods and procedures on new assignments, and providing support and troubleshooting for complex technology solutions. On-call support is also required as needed. Telecommuting is permitted up to 40%, with the requirement that the employee resides within normal commuting distance of the company’s office in Redmond, Washington. The position may include additional duties that utilize the required skills.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in computer systems analysis.
  • Experience in designing, configuring, administering, and supporting Oracle Demantra Demand Management and Predictive Trade Planning environments, including system setup, functionality, integrations, and ongoing maintenance.
  • Experience developing and maintaining Oracle Demantra data models, server expressions, client expressions, workflows, and custom methods to support forecasting and planning requirements.
  • Experience integrating Oracle Demantra with Oracle EBS modules, including Inventory, Order Management, Procurement, and Manufacturing, and supporting related business processes.
  • Experience analyzing and troubleshooting Demantra applications and data flows using in-depth knowledge of Demantra table structures, TOAD, and SQL to resolve technical and functional issues.
  • Experience preparing functional specifications, configuration and deployment documentation, communicating with business and technical stakeholders, and training and supporting users and project team members.
  • Must reside within normal commuting distance of the company’s office in Redmond, Washington.
