About The Position

HealthEdge is experiencing rapid growth and consolidation due to recent mergers. The Business Technology team is responsible for ensuring that the systems supporting our business operations not only function efficiently but also evolve in tandem with the teams that rely on them. We are seeking two Senior Business Systems Analysts to join our GTM Systems team. In this role, you will be a key contributor, responsible for building solutions, collaborating directly with GTM leaders to define our AI strategy, and driving implementations that transform business operations. This position is ideal for individuals who excel at translating complex business challenges into streamlined system solutions, proactively explore AI tools, and thrive in dynamic environments where processes are still being established.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in business systems, sales/revenue operations, or GTM technology roles.
  • Proven, hands-on experience owning Salesforce end-to-end, including configuration, flows, objects, integrations, and data.
  • Admin-level Salesforce experience with a builder's mindset, comfortable performing hands-on system work.
  • Experience partnering with GTM teams on AI strategy and implementation, including defining the approach and shipping solutions.
  • Strong systems thinking, with the ability to see upstream and downstream impacts, design for longevity, and avoid automating broken processes.
  • Stakeholder fluency, capable of balancing technical constraints with relationship management and translating complexity into actionable insights for executives.
  • Data fluency, including extracting, validating, and interpreting data to validate solutions and inform future decisions.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and a willingness to help write the team's playbook.
  • AI-first mindset, proactively using AI tools in daily work and experimenting independently.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with iPaaS platforms (MuleSoft, Workato, Boomi, or similar) for integration work.
  • Familiarity with the full GTM ecosystem, including marketing automation, CS platforms, PSA, and support tooling, and their integration with Salesforce.

Responsibilities

  • Build and ship solutions, owning the Salesforce platform for your GTM domain, including configuration, automation, integrations, and data, from requirements through deployment and ongoing maintenance.
  • Lead AI strategy and enablement by partnering directly with GTM teams to define our AI strategy and spearhead implementation using tools like Claude and AI agents to reimagine workflows.
  • Act as a trusted partner by embedding yourself in GTM team operations, proactively identifying friction points, translating observations into requirements, and building a case for necessary changes.
  • Design solutions for longevity, considering upstream and downstream impacts, anticipating future issues, and building for scalability.
  • Measure the impact of solutions by connecting them to business outcomes and explaining their influence in business terms.
  • Contribute to the team's AI-first operating model by utilizing AI tools in daily workflows to accelerate documentation, analysis, testing, and solution design.
  • Maintain platform health, including data integrity, security, integrations, and day-to-day responsiveness to ensure end-user productivity.
