Senior Business Systems Analyst
About The Position
Acts as a liaison between the IT and Finance for the development of new systems and enhancement of existing systems. Supports applications by providing technical expertise in the advanced use of those applications. Evaluates new technology developments and evolving business requirements and recommends appropriate solutions and/or modifications to existing solutions. Prepares communication and, if necessary, makes presentations on system enhancements and/or alternatives. Assists in the maintenance and supervises the use of applications and systems. Solves complex technical problems within scope of systems under supervision. Sets security policy for systems according to System standards. Works independently with minimal guidance. May lead and manage projects. Also has accountability for ongoing processes or activities. Acts as a resource and trainer for colleagues with less knowledge and experience. Level at which a career may stabilize for many years or until retirement.
