About The Position

We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst with strong analytical capabilities, the ability to work hands‑on with data, and the communication skills to translate business needs into actionable insights.

Requirements

• Senior Business Analyst with 8-10+ years of experience in business analytics‑driven roles.
• Strong ability to understand business context and translate it into analytical outputs.
• Ability to “play with data” — explore, cleanse, structure, and derive insights.
• Hands‑on experience with analytics tools.
• Proficiency in writing SQL queries.
• Excellent communication skills with comfort presenting to senior stakeholders.
• Experience in wealth management, institutional trading, financial services or banking.
• Strong analytical mindset and comfort working with complex datasets.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in ALM, Practice Management, or related financial domains.
• Exposure to program governance, data repositories, or multi‑department initiatives.
• Experience working in consulting or client‑facing environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery, documentation, and clarification of business needs.
• Explore, validate, and interpret datasets to support program governance and operational decision‑making.
• Build dashboards and analytical outputs using Power BI or Tableau.
• Present insights clearly to senior leaders and cross‑functional partners.
• Work with ALM, Practice Management, Legal, Customer Relations, and Back Office teams to ensure consistent understanding of data and processes.
• Apply financial‑services or wealth‑management knowledge to contextualize data and business workflows.
