About The Position

The Senior Business Systems Analysis Professional performs analysis of business, process and user needs, documentation of requirements, cost/benefit analysis and translation into proper system requirement specifications. You will work assignments involving moderately complex to complex issues where the analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors. You will report to the Associate Director, Product Management. The Senior Business Systems Analysis Professional creates and defines systems and goals based on both user needs and an understanding of applicable business systems and industry requirements. You will create processes to solve complex problems considering computer equipment capacity and limitations, and operating time. You will validate benefits achieved from solution implementation. You will begin to influence department's strategy. You will make technical decisions on moderately complex to complex components. You will exercise considerable latitude in determining goals and approaches to assignments.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of Business Systems Analysis experience.
  • 5+ years of Primary Care/Healthcare related experience.
  • Working knowledge of ad-hoc query tools and data repositories that support data extraction and manipulation.
  • Demonstrated experience with process project requirements documentation.
  • Knowledge of Systems Development Life Cycle.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Visio.
  • Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on improving consumer experiences.
  • Will work Eastern Standard Time hours.
  • Self-provided internet service must meet the following criteria: At minimum, a download speed of 25 Mbps and an upload speed of 10 Mbps is required; wireless, wired cable or DSL connection is suggested.
  • Work from a dedicated space lacking ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI / HIPAA information.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's Degree or Masters Degree.
  • Prior experience with EMR solutions.
  • Prior experience with Salesforce.
  • Lean Six Sigma or SAFe experience or certification.
