Working hand-in-hand with Senior Change Managers, they lead critical change activities such as impact analysis, stakeholder engagement, communication strategies, and readiness planning. Their specialist knowledge bridges the gap between operational needs and program delivery, embedding the business perspective at every stage of the journey. Requirements

• Expertise in Student Administration with a deep understanding of the coursework student lifecycle, operational workflows, education policies, and regulatory frameworks.
• Process Analysis & Improvement skills, able to analyse current-state processes, identify gaps, and develop practical, innovative solutions that enhance efficiency and compliance.
• Analytical & Conceptual Thinking demonstrating strong skills in translating business issues into data-driven, workable solutions that support transformation.
• Stakeholder Engagement & Relationship Building having the ability to build trusted relationships and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders across program and operational teams.
• Communication & Change Management with excellent written and verbal communication skills to explain process changes, produce documentation, and support training and transition activities.
