About The Position

The Boeing Company is looking for a Senior Business Process Analyst to join our team in Berkeley, MO; Seattle, WA; or Mesa, AZ. In this role you will consult with IT and business partners to resolve highly complex issues or provide counsel on highly complex application and business process issues requiring ingenuity and creativity. You will serve as an enterprise wide role model in coordinating with business partners in response to key business initiatives and HR audit requests/findings from internal and external auditors. In addition, you will develop, deploy and communicate new business processes and procedures in accordance with company and legal requirements. Lead enterprise-wide teams to support company initiatives. Develop and defines new HR application functionality to enhance efficiency or support new business requirements. Serve as an enterprise wide expert in Workday and other key HR systems and business processes. Lead Global training for Employee Data Governance team.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of technical and/or functional experience with HR systems including but not limited to: Workday, Service Now, Human Resources Payroll Systems (HRPR) etc.
  • 5+ years providing guidance regarding HR policies, procedures, processes and services
  • 5+ years of experience in Technical Consulting, problem definition, Architecture, Design, and/or configuration
  • Experience presenting to multiple audiences including executive leadership

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher
  • Experience with at least one Workday implementation
  • 3+ years of experience leading teams in a formal and/or informal leadership role
  • Strong knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office Tools including Excel, Word, Outlook and Access

Responsibilities

  • Manages case and incident workload and effectively triages and de-escalates issues.
  • Partners with stakeholders, IT, business partners and leadership to resolve complex Business Process, Workday and Integration issues.
  • Provides counsel and support of highly complex Workday, Human Resources Payroll Systems (HRPR) and Business Process design and configuration requiring creative and analytical problem solving.
  • Responsible for advanced report writing, building/processing EIB’s, auditing and overall support and maintenance of the Workday system.
  • Influences, negotiates and acts as a change agent for implementing complex, innovative process improvements and for creating a process management culture.
  • Communicates with Information Technology and HR Systems Operations to represent customers and functional users on project requirements, activities and status.
  • Leads the successful completion of enterprise-wide specific programs, projects and implementation activities.
  • Provides guidance, training, coaching and mentoring to subordinate team members across the globe.
  • Serves as an enterprise-wide Workday, Business Process and Integration expert and consultant.
  • Responsible for building consensus around Business Process improvement design.
  • Gathers business requirements and leads testing and implementation.
