Partner Forces is seeking a Senior Business Process Analyst to lead high-impact business process reengineering initiatives supporting enterprise operational workflows. This role evaluates complex processes, designs optimized future-state solutions, and drives implementation and adoption across stakeholders. The Senior Analyst serves as a technical leader, guiding methodology, mentoring junior staff, and ensuring process improvements support mission effectiveness, operational efficiency, and measurable performance outcomes.

Requirements

  • US Citizen (the nature of our contract requires employees be US citizens)
  • Active Secret Clearance
  • BA/BS degree required
  • Ability to be on-site in-person in Baltimore, MD
  • 8+ years of experience in business process analysis, process improvement, or business process reengineering
  • Experience leading complex process improvement or transformation initiatives
  • Strong knowledge of process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, BPM, or similar)
  • Experience facilitating stakeholder engagement and change management activities
  • Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and lead initiatives in a client-facing environment
  • Experience with Jira or workflow management systems

Responsibilities

  • Lead business process modernization and reengineering initiatives across enterprise workflows
  • Analyze current-state processes and systems to identify inefficiencies, redundancies, and improvement opportunities
  • Design future-state workflows, process maps, business rules, and implementation strategies
  • Develop and maintain detailed process documentation including SOPs, flowcharts, and functional specifications
  • Establish KPIs and performance tracking methodologies to measure effectiveness of redesigned processes
  • Facilitate stakeholder workshops, requirements sessions, and change management activities
  • Support implementation planning including schedule, dependencies, risk, and cost considerations
  • Provide strategic recommendations to leadership based on process and performance analysis
  • Identify integration points and dependencies across systems and operational workflows
  • Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior and journeyman analysts
  • Support briefings, reporting, and communication of progress, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders
