About The Position

The Senior Business Process Analyst is responsible for analyzing and making recommendations for changes to internal processes and/or standards/specifications in order to create more efficient and economical operations for Enbridge. Here is what you will do: Responsible for leading analysis projects and making recommendations for changes to internal processes and/or standards/specifications in order to create more efficient and economical operations for the company and delivery business areas. Provide leadership on multiple concurrent projects to identify, evaluate, prioritize, scope, and meet objectives for business processes within the entire business unit without jeopardizing reliability, availability, or safety. Lead activities of matrixed, cross-functional project teams, generate sponsorship and manage customer expectations for projects, bring projects to closure, develop and communicate business cases to support recommendations, and, monitor the progress associated with the implementation of recommended changes. Develop and effectively apply standard methodology, templates, and tools for business process improvement projects. Who you are: You have: A related university degree with 5-6+ years of previous experience with fully executing projects. Excellent planning and organizational skills with the ability to effectively lead and facilitate multiple project teams simultaneously. Ability to quickly resolve complex problems and adjust work plans with limited supervision. Proficiency in application of business process improvement methodology, benchmarking, and change management. Strong customer service orientation. Excellent documentation skills. You are: Willing to learn and apply new skill sets. Able to plan, organize, and facilitate work sessions in a team environment. Dominion Energy Grade - 40 For Internal Use Only: The Enbridge title for this position is Advisor, Business Processes and it is associated with an E420 salary grade.

Requirements

  • A related university degree with 5-6+ years of previous experience with fully executing projects.
