The ideal candidate will champion an AI-first mindset, utilizing advanced AI platforms to streamline workflows and generate insights faster. You will excel at aggregating data from sales activities, operational processes, and financial performance to create a unified narrative that drives cross-functional collaboration and guides executive decisions.

  • Practical experience creating AI agents, prompts, or advanced workflows using Claude, Glean, or similar enterprise AI solutions, paired with a willingness to align operational plans with the organization's evolving AI roadmap, cultivating an "AI-first" culture throughout the team.
  • Advanced data modeling skills in Excel/Google Sheets (forecasting, complex formulas, macros) and deep familiarity with Salesforce (reporting, funnel tracking, dashboarding).
  • Experience partnering with centralized data teams to deliver dashboards in Power BI, Tableau, or Sigma.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field.

Responsibilities

  • Build, own, and strategically evolve the "Card LOB Master View," tracking metrics across the entire lifecycle.
  • Deliver monthly cross-functional reporting that analyzes client acquisition, supplier enrollment, and payment delivery metrics so leadership clearly understands operational capacity, efficiency, and conversion rates.
  • Act as the steward for our supplier network, taking ownership of its overall data hygiene and structure.
  • Partner closely with Product, Data, and Card teams to maintain data governance, establish QA routines, and ensure our supplier records remain accurate and reliable for the entire company.
  • Design tooling and processes for the card team with a holistic view of how data flows across the organization, ensuring changes support both front-end team workflows and back-end financial reporting.
  • Conduct regular gap analyses across the entire lifecycle to pinpoint manual bottlenecks.
  • Partner across departments to design, recommend, and deploy intelligent, automated workflows that drive efficiency and accelerate revenue generation.
  • Actively build and deploy AI agents within enterprise AI platforms to expedite data preparation, automate routine reporting cycles, and enhance the speed of insight generation.
  • Maintain high-visibility dashboards (Power BI, Salesforce) and collaborate with the central Data Team on reporting development, defining the underlying business logic while they support the technical backend.
