Requirements

10+ years of experience in strategic and/or functional business operational roles, partnering with senior leaders.
Proven budget management experience of over $100M, including complex budgets and executive-level investment recommendations.
Demonstrated ability to manage complex technology portfolios and develop investment strategies.
Strong analytical skills with a focus on detail and problem-solving.
Effective interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
Ability to build relationships and influence senior partners effectively.
Capability to think creatively in complex situations, encouraging innovative ideas and solutions.

Nice To Haves

Advanced degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.

Responsibilities

Serve as a strategic collaborator to the DEX Vice President, Chief of Staff, and leadership team, encouraging alignment and supporting well-informed business decisions.
Own the DEX investment strategy, aligning investments to business priorities and long-term objectives.
Direct financial management of the DEX portfolio, including budget control, risk management, and collaboration with Finance.
Coordinate vendor contracts, promoting optimization and cost-efficiency throughout the organization.
Create opportunities for software consolidation and cost-efficiency, ensuring alignment with organizational standards.
Analyze financial, operational, and implementation data to identify actionable insights.
Develop organizational health metrics and reporting to provide leadership with transparent performance insights.
Drive operational excellence through process improvement, executive communications, and proactive issue resolution.
