About The Position

The Sr. Business Operations Analyst will report directly to the Sr. Manager of Business Operations and will act as a right-hand lead to the organization. The ideal candidate will be a collaborative, forward thinker who is proactive and passionate about Operational process improvement.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role with a strong emphasis on compliance, accountability, and adherence to standards/regulations
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Impeccable attention to detail and ability to cross function
  • Proven knowledge of the end-to-end order process from Lead to order fulfillment
  • Proven knowledge of Business Operations flow from pre-award to Sales Operations to Revenue Operations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Proven experience in a CRM and ERP platform with the ability to analyze data to create reporting for C level leadership
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with SAP and Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a huge plus
  • Experience in a rapidly growing environment
  • Direct experience with Government orders

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and execute strategic Business Operations processes
  • Mentor and train Jr. Sales and Revenue Operations Analysts
  • Assist in development of SoPs for Business Operations organization
  • Drive collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive go to market initiatives and process improvements
  • Assist in development of critical KPIs for Business Operations organization
  • Contribute to the development and enhancement of sales technology and systems
  • Manage all UAS Marketplace operations, including purchase order review, CRM opportunity creation and closure, and oversight of end-to-end marketplace sales activities.
  • Maintain and update internal pricing files, including SKUs, product descriptions, pricing accuracy, and data integrity.
  • Other duties as assigned
