Senior Business Operations Analyst I
About The Position
MaxLinear is seeking a Senior Business Operations Analyst I to join our team. In this role, you will focus on maintaining CRM data including accounts, end customer projects, and products. You will manage data quality for accounts, design registration, opportunities, samples, and quotes. Additionally, you will support and train internal and external CRM users and Partners (manufacturer reps & distributors), and support new project implementation in CRM: Samples, EVK, contracts. You will also update and maintain internal process documentation, ensure accurate reporting and design registration of new design-in opportunities, and manage CRM development and issues with the business applications team. You will work with the CRM admin to improve the functionality and user experience and support sales managers with administrative tasks in CRM.
Requirements
- Experience working with an integrated ERP system with Finance, Quality and Operations modules
- Experience working with Sarbanes-Oxley protocols
- Strong skills in Excel and Word
- Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy
- Organized and process-oriented with excellent communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and use good judgment in resolving difficult issues
- Bachelors in business, marketing, accounting, or related + 6 years of experience, or Masters + 3 years of experience
Nice To Haves
- Semiconductor industry experience preferred
- CRM experience a plus (Salesforce, MS Dynamics)
