About The Position

The Senior Business Management Analyst provides business information management functions supporting data and analytics for the Consumer Insider Risk and Performance Integrity team. Under general guidance from senior team members, the role develops reporting solutions that monitor sales practices, insider risk, and team productivity, and creates dashboards and presentations to communicate emerging themes and trends to business partners. This experienced professional works independently as a subject matter expert, may coach and educate others, and handles short- to medium-term, non-routine specialized or complex issues and escalated matters. The analyst performs work end to end and provides business management advice and support, reporting and analysis, implementation assistance, risk mitigation, and operational improvement across teams and business partners.

Requirements

Undergraduate degree.
At least 5 years of relevant experience.
Ability to work independently.
Ability to manage workload and deliver quality results within assigned timelines.
Ability to build executive presentations from raw data.
Ability to analyze data and overlay supplemental information on existing data routines.
Strong proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint, Access, and Excel, including executive presentations, querying and macros, formulas, pivot tables, and lookups.

Strong experience building interactive Power BI dashboards.

Responsibilities

Develop reporting solutions to monitor sales practices, insider risk, and team productivity.
Create dashboards and presentations to inform business partners of emerging themes and trends.
Produce weekly and monthly dashboards and manage reporting routines.
Monitor case-log data integrity and escalate concerns.
Track case and employee trends and escalate anomalies outside standard thresholds.
Develop new dashboards.
Complete PIAs, procedures, and data lineage documents.
Assist with executive reporting and commentary review.
Track monitoring scenario effectiveness and review thresholds for monitoring enhancements.
Assist with data preparation and development of new monitoring scenarios.
Provide specialized business management advice and support to management, leadership, and relevant teams.
Lead implementation of initiatives supporting the overall business or function strategy.
Coordinate business management activities across multiple areas and support integrated implementation of policies, processes, procedures, and changes.
Represent the area of specialization in projects and initiatives; help identify, design, and test solutions and support implementation.
Develop complex reporting, analysis, and assessments at functional or enterprise level, as applicable.
Deliver presentations and communications to management or broader audiences.
Follow internal policies, procedures, and applicable regulatory guidelines; contribute to process reviews and identify operational efficiency opportunities.
Identify variances and contribute to analysis, due diligence, and implementation of initiatives or business operations within the area of responsibility.
Support development or implementation of standards, policies, procedures, and solutions to mitigate risk and improve service availability, efficiency, and effectiveness.
Keep knowledge and expertise current, including emerging trends, business knowledge, and analytical tools and techniques.
Manage workload to deliver quality results within assigned timelines.
Recommend opportunities to improve productivity, effectiveness, and operational efficiency.
Build effective relationships with business and technology partners, program managers, and project managers.
Participate in knowledge transfer within the team and business units.
