Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, consulting, or process optimization.
  • Experience supporting or advising on technology‑driven transformation programs.
  • Strong understanding of how AI and automation can enable business improvements (no deep coding required).
  • Effective communicator able to translate technical concepts into simple business language.
  • Experience working cross‑functionally with stakeholders in operations, finance, IT, or analytics.
  • Familiarity with Agile/SAFe delivery environments.

Nice To Haves

  • Background or experience in healthcare, specialty pharmacy, or revenue cycle operations.
  • Prior leadership experience guiding teams or projects.
  • General knowledge of AI concepts (e.g., workflow automation, NLP, predictive analytics).
  • Exposure to tools such as Tableau, Power BI, SQL, or analytics platforms (not required to build models).
  • Experience participating in system integrations, data initiatives, or digital transformation efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with business leaders to identify where AI can improve efficiency, reduce manual effort, or enhance the financial performance of the revenue cycle.
  • Translate business problems into practical AI‑enabled solutions and process improvements.
  • Develop roadmap recommendations, change‑management plans, and business cases for AI adoption.
  • Guide the organization in choosing the right AI tools, platforms, and approaches—prioritizing impact, usability, and scalability.
  • Oversee AI initiatives from concept to delivery, ensuring clarity of requirements, timelines, and success criteria.
  • Coordinate with technical teams (data, IT, analytics) to ensure solutions meet business needs without requiring the AI Lead to code or engineer systems.
  • Ensure new AI solutions integrate smoothly with existing workflows and support operational excellence.
  • Troubleshoot challenges, remove roadblocks, and ensure teams remain aligned throughout implementation.
  • Serve as the main point of contact between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams.
  • Clearly communicate the value, risks, limitations, and expected outcomes of AI initiatives in a non‑technical way.
  • Foster a collaborative, innovative culture—helping teams adopt AI responsibly and confidently.
  • Provide thought leadership to guide the organization’s broader AI strategy and maturity.
  • Promote responsible AI use by ensuring projects align with data‑privacy, compliance, and industry standards.
  • Support the development and enforcement of data governance practices.
  • Anticipate risks related to AI solutions and work with cross‑functional teams to mitigate them.
  • Stay current with emerging AI trends, best practices, and tools relevant to healthcare and RCM.
  • Recommend new opportunities for automation or optimization as the business evolves.
  • Regularly assess existing AI solutions for performance, accuracy, and long‑term sustainability.
